MMRDA, allow only certified user to submit proposal online. Defined user types are Architect, Owner and Developer All of the O/A/D (Owner,Architect and Developer) need to register themselves in BPAS web portal. For registration, they would require to sign-up on portal with their basic details and upload credential documents such as registration certificate from Council of Architecture, Provide AADHAR No.,PAN CARD details. MMRDA will verify certification details from Council of Architecture website. .
